I said I was looking for does this year since View gave us 3 bucks last  year. So, she cooperated. Kapra Vista Talking Point, Kapra Vista What's Your Point and Kapra Vista Point of Interest joined the herd this past year and we look forward to seeing them freshen. Moment is one of the nicest daughters we have seen from Believe N, a wide and powerful doe. She started her first lactation with the promise of being a strong producer. However, she cut her teat and eventually got mastitis in that side. She continued to milk out of one side only. Hoping she will come in even in the spring! Moment has matured beautifully into a strong and correct doe. Her mammary is snuggly attached and productive. She's long, level and smoothly blended.

Smooch is definitely one of our larges does and impressive with her strong general appearance. She has a lovely mammary, well attached and productive. So happy to have her two daughters from 2020 in the herd, one that will be freshening this spring. Smooch is impressive for her correct, well-attached and capacious mammary, her depth, width and power throughout. We like her so well we decided to retain one of her sons this year. Suspicion is a doe who catches your eye when she passes. Long and level, strong over the back with great feet and legs. She is a very smooth doe, wide and upstanding. Great to have a Doubt daughter in the herd. As a 2 year old, Suspicion developed problems with her mammary that affected her production. She is developing into a very pretty doe and I strongly hope things will straighten out this year after freshening. Suspicion continues to catch my eye with her stature and levelness of topline. She has a lovely udder that really needs to hold more milk. Suspicion excels in dairy character and body capacity. She had a beautiful mammary until she developed problems as a younger doe, leaving it somewhat distorted. She has excellent length, width and depth and is a very dairy doe, standing on strong feet and pasterns.

Wicked is a tall, long, and exceptionally level doe, as are nearly all of the Avalanche daughters, and like her siblings, she is a steady milker. After having a strong year as first freshening two year old, we were looking forward to her next lactation. However, after kidding with an 18# buck kid she went down and refused to produce milk, spending the year dry. She has matured into a tall, wide and deep doe. We are hoping for more normal sized kids and a strong lactation this year. After kidding with an enormous buck kid the previous year, Wicked kidded with twin does this year. Being dry last year gave her time to contemplate on her name, and what it meant. Acting on that, she became, well, WICKED, but plenty of hugs and kisses has mellowed her somewhat. She excels in levelness, width and length - and her lovely mammary.

Tanaka, as a first freshening two year old, much resembled her dam, Tamari. She is a powerfully built purebred and we are happy to have her in  the herd. Looking forward to having her appraised this summer. Her yearling sister, Tameeya, sired by Maple-Oak Iced Siberian, will be freshening this spring also. A wide, deep and powerful doe, Tanaka is showing the strong ability to milk coming from dam, Tamari. And like her dam, strength of attachment and capacity. Tanaka has matured into a beautiful purebred doe. She shows the strength and flatness of bone we like and we appreciate the capacious mammary with wonderful area of attachment. Stitch stands out in the herd for her strong general appearance, level topline, sharp and smoothly blended shoulders and very correct feet and legs. She also has a lovely, productive mammary. Littermate to Another Thyme, Stitch is very similar in appearance, though somewhat shorter than her sister. She continues to be a strong producer from a capacious udder.

Thyme is a littermate sister to Stitch and they share very similar traits. Both are structurally correct and consistently strong producers. Thyme is a bit larger in stature than her sister, Stitch. As a two year old, Thyme freshened with an increase in mammary capacity and retained the smoothness and overall area of attachment she had as a yearling. She is a long doe, very level in the rump and sharp and well-blended through the shoulders. She has correct feet with short and strong pasterns. Thyme was having her best year ever, maturing into one of our nicest does. Three days prior to our linear appraisal session, she became very ill with mastitis. We were able to save her but will have to wait until she freshens to evaluate her mammary.

Dam to Touch, Kist was a very impressive doe and Touch shows many of the same strengths. She is a long bodied doe, tall and level with a flat and wide rump. Her mammary is well attached; very high and wide in the rear with a well extended fore. Touch may be my favorite doe and being the product of a pedigree filled with Superior Genetics ancestors makes her even more exciting! She is a strong producer as well as a very correct doe. She will have two daughters freshening in the herd this year.

Secret is maturing into a powerful doe. She didn't want to dry off last year and had a slow lactation this year as a results. She has a strongly attached mammary that needs to milk moreSecret is a large purebred doe, quite correct and pretty. We would like to see greater production, and she does have that in her background so we look for her daughters to show improvement there.

This is a very consistent line both in conformation and production. Milking over 3000# as a first freshener and doing it with no difficulties is a trait I appreciate! Hoping to breed her AI next season back into her grandsire's genetic Lines. She is showing the power of her dam, Tamari and sister, Tanaka, along with the same well-attached mammary - high rear attachment and fore extension. She, like this family line, shows strength in general appearance. Tameeya is improving as she matures, milking very well and holding up to it nicely. She is so very similar to her full sister, Tanaka!

Last Kiss is a special doe in the herd! She is the last doe kid sired by our beautiful buck Composer, and the last born to my special-friend doe, Stealn Kisses. Kiss freshened mid-May with an awesome udder to go along with her outstanding general appearance. She has done a lot of growing this year, both in stature and width and I am so happy to have a doe like her in my herd. AS a two year old Last Kiss has continued to grow and mature into a top doe in the herd. She has excellent length of body with a long and level rump. Remember is a first freshening two year old who is very impressive, with the highest rear udder appraisal score in the herd of 44! Her fore is long and smooth, scoring 32. She has great rear leg set, earning her an E at appraisal. Long and level in the back and rump and continuing to improve through the year.

Scandal stands out in the yearlings because of her size. She is a correct doe and this year when her yearling mammary catches up to her 2 year old body, she should be just fine!!
